Obsidian teases upcoming space RPG with steampunk-like ads

It'll definitely have an interesting aesthetic.

Recently, Microsoft announced that it had acquired inXile Entertainment and Obsidian Entertainment. Both companies are working on announced projects, and it'll be interesting to see what they come up with down the line. However, Obsidian Entertainment and Private Division have been developing a title for a while, and it looks like it's going to be announced at The Game Awards 2018. Private Division is a new label from Take-Two Interactive Software that aims to publish games from top independent development studios. Take-Two Interactive Software is most notable as being the parent company of Rockstar Games.

We don't know what the role-playing game (RPG) is called, but there are rumors floating around that it's titled "The Outer Worlds." Given the images that Obsidian shared on its website today, we know that the upcoming game involves space and a possible steampunk-like world.
