October 2018 Update crosses 12 percent of Windows 10 PCs, AdDuplex says

After reaching full availability, the October 2018 Update rollout is picking up its pace.

We're just three months away from when the next major Windows 10 feature update is expected to launch, but it appears the last update is still barely making a dent with its rollout.
