LG's new 32-inch screen supports 4K and HDR for $500

4K and HDR. Yes, please.

LG is adding to an extensive lineup of 32-inch screens with a new 32-inch computer monitor, the 32UK550-B. This screen will support 4K, HDR, and AMD FreeSync technology all at a starting price of $500. That means HDR10, 3840 x 2160 pixel resolutions, and 95% of the DCI-P3 color range all on a screen that measures more precisely at 31.5 inches. It will come factory-calibrated for color with a 3000:1 contrast ratio, 4ms response time, and a 60Hz refresh rate. It uses a VA panel and has 178-degree viewing angles.

The connectivity options include two HDMI 2.0 ports that support HDCP 2.2 for HD and HDR content as well as one DisplayPort input. The monitor will have two 5W speakers built in as well as a headphone jack.
