The battle royale gaming genre has taken off thanks to PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) and Fortnite Battle Royale, both juggernauts in the PC gaming world (and now found on a growing number of platforms). The suspense, action, and strategy required on PC increase to an entirely new level inside of VR, and there are a few options popping up that deliver the battle-royale experience in your head-mounted display. Here are the best available now, whether for Windows Mixed Reality (WMR), Oculus Rift, or HTC Vive.
