Microsoft rolls out Fall Creators Update fixes with new cumulative update

Microsoft is rolling out yet another cumulative update for the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update.

Coming outside of the standard Patch Tuesday schedule, the latest cumulative update adds another batch of fixes for PCs running the Fall Creators Update (via OnMSFT).
