One of the things we love most about the Windows Mixed Reality (WMR) system is the lack of external sensors. You can plug in the headset, turn on the controllers, and be ready to jump into VR almost immediately. However, the lack of external sensors doesn't come without its flaws. While your headset will rarely lose tracking — a far more serious issue that causes nausea and disorientation — your controllers, which are actually tracked by cameras built into the front of the headset, do sometimes take a ride of their own.
