The 2017 Vizio D Series is a great mid-level TV. It's got that solid mix of decent size at 50 inches and support for 4K. Plus there are smart functions with built-in Wi-Fi and Vizio Internet Apps that lets you stream music or video from your favorite places. It's got LED backlighting and decent contrast.
