Gwent gets Midwinter Update featuring hundreds of new cards and other improvements

Today CD Projekt RED, the developer behind The Witcher franchise, released the Midwinter Update for Gwent.

The Midwinter Update is available for download now on Xbox One, PC, and PlayStation 4. Gwent gives you and your opponent a set of cards which simulate battles. You must use certain warriors at the right time to win. Gwent got a standalone experience a few months ago but since then many gamers have been asking for a single-player expansion. While this may seem like an odd request, The Witcher lore is so vast that a lot of stories can be told through it.
