Xbox Game Pass, Microsoft's Netflix-style subscription service for Xbox One games, rolled out last month with over 100 titles on offer. At last five new titles are being added to the pass' lineup each month, which can now be accessed for a flat monthly fee of $9.99. Thanks to a keen-eyed reddit user, it now appears "Darksiders II Deathinitive Edition" is offered through a Xbox Game Pass subscription, despite not being announced as a part of July's additions.
At this point in time, those with an Xbox Game Pass can download Darksiders II Deathinitive Edition to their Xbox One console for free. It's currently unknown if the addition was intentional, with no mention of the game's inclusion outside of the Xbox Store page. While it's possible that Microsoft may remove the game from the subscription in the meantime, this hints at a potential announcement as a part of August's additions to the subscription. Nevertheless, it's worth picking up the game while you can.
