Space games are great time wasters for Windows 10, allowing you to tap into your imagination regarding what the future may hold (minus the body-snatching alien hordes).
The Windows Store has a huge selection of games in which space is the backdrop, ranging from mobile installments of the Halo franchise of games to Angry Birds Space. It is a broad genre of games, but we looked high and low in the Windows Store for the best games available that send you into the final frontier.
That includes games that have you exploring a mysterious planet, piloting a starship across the depths of out space or using the Force to defeat the Dark Side. We kept the console titles, such as Gears of War, Titanfall or COD Infinite Warfare, out of the mix. Instead, we focused on titles that are available for Windows 10 Mobile or PC.
