The MI-7C012 by Mount-It! isn't the most affordable single-mount option available at $70.49, but that's for good reason. This is a mount that will prove to be a valuable asset, thanks to its gas spring. Manipulating the monitor positioning is easy and requires no effort whatsoever, and that's ideal if you happen to be installing it on a desk that can be raised and lowered.
