NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti 4K benchmarks
We ran some benchmarks on a selection of popular and demanding PC games at 4K to show what the GTX 1080 TI is capable of. The same benchmarks were run on 1440p to serve as a comparison for how demanding 4K gaming is.
All were run at the highest graphics settings. (FPS is for "frames per second.")
| Game | GTX 1080 Ti (4K) | GTX 1080 Ti (1440p) |
|---|---|---|
| Gears of War 4 | 50.6 FPS average | 109.1 FPS average |
| Rise of the Tomb Raider | 60.04 FPS average | 113.1 FPSaverage |
| GTA V | 60.1 FPS average | 73.7 FPS average |
| PUBG | 34 FPS average | 68.9 FPS average |
Getting to the magic 60 FPS in all games on highest graphics isn't possible, but even so, hitting that mark is fairly easily achievable assuming you're comfortable tinkering with some of your in-game settings.
Performance previously reserved for the Titan
The GTX 1080 Ti brought performance to the mainstream that was previously reserved for folks spending thousands on multi-GPU setups or NVIDIA's Titan.
